We chill our dough to allow for optimal hydration. This crucial resting period ensures the flour fully absorbs the moisture, resulting in a deeper flavor profile and a scrumptious texture that sets our desserts apart.

Once cooled, the dough is pressed into our custom sized pans and baked to perfection. We pull them from the oven at the precise moment the edges are crisp and the centers remain soft and melty. After a brief cool-down, they are ready to become Skillets.

Every order is finished by hand. We frost, and sprinkle your treat. Once finished, we tuck them into their signature Skillet Pan and lid them for freshness. Then they're boxed, and we add your personal touch with a hand-written gift note. Finally, we ship them off to you! Delectable treats from our kitchen to your doorstep, made with love.
