Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and handling of products purchased from Skillets Snacks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via skillets.com (the “Site”).

Order Processing & Baking Schedule
1.1 Skillets Snacks products are baked fresh each business day (Monday through Friday).
1.2 Orders placed on a business day will be baked 24-48 hours after an order is placed depending on our current volume. We only bake on business days, Monday through Friday.
1.3 Orders are shipped within twenty-four (24) hours after baking, during business days only (Monday through Friday).
1.4 Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will typically be baked the next business day and shipped within one (1) business day after baking.
1.5 Orders placed on Thursday will be baked on Friday and shipped either Friday or the following Monday, Tuesday latest.
1.6 Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be baked on Monday and shipped Monday or Tuesday.
1.7 Orders are not baked or shipped on weekends. -
Shipping Coverage
2.1 We currently ship to all fifty (48) U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
2.2 We do not currently ship internationally.
2.3 Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a valid physical street address. -
Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Once shipped, estimated delivery time is one (1) to six (6) business days, depending on the delivery destination and the carrier.
3.2 Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control. -
Warm Weather Shipping
4.1 During warmer months, orders may be shipped with insulated liners or ice packs to maintain product quality.
4.2 Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly upon delivery to prevent spoilage. -
Freshness and Storage
5.1 Our snacks are best consumed within seven (7) days from the date of delivery when stored at room temperature. Gluten Free cookies should be consumed no more than three (3) days from the date of delivery as they use a Gluten Free flour.
5.2 If refrigerated, snacks may last up to twenty-one (21) days. Gluten Free Products stay fresh for up to fourteen (14) days, if refrigerated.
5.3 For extended storage, products may be frozen for up to three (3) months. Gluten Free Products stay fresh for up to fourteen (21) days, if frozen.
5.4 All orders include a biodegradable, reusable black plastic skillet, which is microwave- and oven-safe, to reheat or serve snacks. -
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer.
6.3 If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional charges apply for reshipment of a freshly baked product. -
Tracking
7.1 Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
7.2 Tracking may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier. -
Policy Updates
8.1 We reserve the right to update or revise this Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of revision.
