Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and modification of orders placed through Skillets Snacks ("we," "us," or "our") via skillets.com (the "Site").

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet entered our baking or fulfillment process.

Because all Skillets Snacks products are baked fresh to order, we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed.

1.2 Orders Already in Production

Once an order has entered the baking, preparation, packaging, or shipping process, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

1.3 Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a cancellation can be completed. Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order at the time the request is received.

2. Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered final and is no longer eligible for cancellation, modification, refund, or exchange, except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Skillets Snacks is not responsible for replacement costs, delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges.

4. Subscription Orders

Customers may manage, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next recurring billing date through their customer account or by contacting hello@skillets.com.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future recurring orders but will not affect any order that has already been processed, baked, fulfilled, or shipped.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any revisions will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the updated Policy.
