Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 10/1/2025
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and handling of products purchased from Skillets Snacks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via skillets.com (the “Site”).
1. Order Processing & Baking Schedule
1.1 Skillets Snacks products are baked in fresh weekly batches every Monday.
1.2 All orders placed between 12:00 AM (EST) Monday through 11:59 PM (EST) Sunday will be fulfilled from the next Monday’s batch.
1.3 Orders will ship within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours following each fresh batch (i.e., Tuesday or Wednesday).
1.4 Customers should note that orders may take up to seven (7) days from placement before shipment, depending on when the order was submitted relative to the Monday baking cycle.
2. Shipping Coverage
2.1 We currently ship to all fifty (50) U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
2.2 We do not currently ship internationally.
2.3 Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a valid physical street address.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Once shipped, estimated delivery time is one (1) to four (4) business days, depending on the delivery destination and the carrier.
3.2 Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
4. Warm Weather Shipping
4.1 During warmer months, orders may be shipped with insulated liners or ice packs to maintain product quality.
4.2 Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly upon delivery to prevent spoilage.
5. Freshness and Storage
5.1 Our snacks are best consumed within three (3) to five (5) days date of shipment when stored at room temperature.
5.2 If refrigerated, snacks may last up to seven (7) to ten (10) days.
5.3 For extended storage, products may be frozen for up to two (2) months.
5.4 All orders include a biodegradable, reusable black plastic skillet, which is microwave- and oven-safe, to reheat or serve snacks.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer.
6.3 If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional charges apply for reshipment of a freshly baked product.
7. Tracking
7.1 Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
7.2 Tracking may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
8. Policy Updates
8.1 We reserve the right to update or revise this Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of revision.
