Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Skillets Snacks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds of purchases made through our website, skillets.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Cancellations
1.1 Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
1.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except as set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
2.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items once they have been delivered.
2.2 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing hello@skillets.com.
2.3 You must provide:
Order number
Photographic evidence of the product(s) and packaging
A description of the issue.
2.4 Upon verification, we may, in our sole discretion:
Issue a replacement of the affected item(s); or
Provide a refund for the affected item(s) to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 Except as expressly provided in Section 2, all purchases of perishable food products are final and non-refundable.
3.2 We do not accept general returns or exchanges due to taste preferences, late deliveries caused by carriers, or failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 If we require the return of an item for verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4.2 Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days of approval.
5.2 We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this Policy.
