Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Skillets Snacks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds of purchases made through our website, skillets.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Cancellations
1.1 Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
1.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, modified, or refunded, except as set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
2.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items once they have been shipped or delivered.
2.2 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing hello@skillets.com.
2.3 You must provide:

Your order number

Photographic evidence of the product(s) and packaging

A description of the issue
2.4 Upon verification, we will issue store credit in the amount of the affected item(s).
Store credit may be used toward future purchases on skillets.com and has no cash value.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for shipped orders.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 All purchases of perishable food products are final and non-refundable once shipped, except as expressly provided in Section 2.
3.2 We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

Taste preferences

Carrier delays
-
Weather-related shipping issues

Failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner

Incorrect address provided by the customer
4. Return Shipping
4.1 We do not accept returns of food products once shipped.
4.2 In rare cases where verification is required, we may request supporting documentation. Physical returns are not required unless expressly authorized by Skillets Snacks.
4.3 Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for credit.
5. Store Credit
5.1 Approved claims under Section 2 will be issued as store credit within five (5) to seven (7) business days of approval.
5.2 Store credit:

Is issued for the original amount of the affected item(s)

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Cannot be transferred

Does not expire unless otherwise stated
5.3 We reserve the right to deny claims that do not comply with this Policy.
